International Isotopes Inc. Announces Company Name Change to Radnostix, Inc.

International Isotopes Inc. today announced that it has filed a Certificate of Amendment in the State of Texas to change our legal name to Radnostix, Inc. Effective immediately, we will officially begin to rebrand all of our operations under the Radnostix name. International Isotopes was started in 1995 as a company focused on irradiation and manufacturing of industrial radioisotope products. Over the years, our focus has evolved, and the name change reflects the Company’s expanding product segments and evolving strategic focus on radioisotopes and theranostics products.

Radnostix (formerly International Isotopes) and AFR Submit NRC Consent Request for New Mexico License Transfer

This filing represents an important procedural step under the previously announced agreement for AFR to acquire INIS’s depleted uranium deconversion and fluorine processing assets for $12.5 million in cash at closing. The NRC’s review and consent process is expected to continue through the remaining period of the transaction’s Outside Date.

Dr. Fu holds a Doctor of Pharmacy and a Master of Business Administration from The University of New Mexico and has a Post Doctorate Specialization as a Board-Certified Nuclear Pharmacist from Purdue University. His career spans CEO and other leadership roles in healthcare distribution, nuclear pharmacy management, and innovative startup scaling, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and market expansion. Dr. Fu brings deep expertise in cGMP production, and public board directorship.

RadQual is in Space!

RadQual’s custom Ba-133 sources for NASA’s PADRE (Polarization and Directivity X-Ray Experiment), were launched aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket for Transporter-14 mission on June 23, 2025. PADRE is a NASA CubeSat mission designed to study X-rays emitted during solar flares and our sources are now providing critical spectrum calibration data for the mission.

PADRE is helping scientists better understand the mechanisms behind solar flares and their impact on space weather. We’re proud to have contributed our expertise and look forward to future updates and data from PADRE’s pioneering research.

Radnostix (formerly International Isotopes) to Distribute TerThera’s Terbium-161 (Tb-161)

Radnostix is proud to announce a new distribution agreement with TerThera, the premier producer of Terbium-161 (Tb161), a promising next-generation therapeutic radionuclide. Under this agreement, Radnostix will distribute TerThera’s Tb-161 in the United States to selected sites.
